ORIGINALdocuments for academic credentials and personal identity verification:

a. Identity Card (Malaysian)/Passport (International)

b. Bachelor Degree and Academic Transcript (Masters/PhD students)

c. Master Degree and Academic Transcript (PhD students Only)

d. Two (2) recent photographs measuring 3cm x 3.5cm.

    (Please indicate Name, Matric No, Programme offered at the back of every photograph)

e. TOEFL/IELTS original certificate

f. Payment receipt (Bank-slip/Successful transaction slip)

Please provides translation if degree and transcript issued are other than English Language.
