GRAND CHALLENGES AFRICA GRANT OPPORTUNITY- INNOVATION SEED GRANTS – ROUND 8 MATERNAL, NEONATAL & CHILD HEALTH (MNCH)

Datuk Seri/Dato’ Seri/Datuk/Dato’/Datin/Prof./Ir./Dr./Br./Sr.,
The African Academy of Sciences (AAS), the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung, BMBF) and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation have come together in a transformative partnership to support African investigators to accelerate MNCH targets towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for health. This new request for proposals focuses on the top priorities for maternal, neonatal, and child health in Africa to meet the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG 3) targets.
In relation to the above, we are pleased to inform that the Bill & Melinda Gates foundation is announcing the Grand Challenges Africa grant opportunity- Innovation Seed Grants – Round 8 Maternal, Neonatal & Child Health (MNCH). Application deadline is January 14, 2020.
This call will fund seed grants up to USD $100,000 for a period of 2 years (24 Months).
The researchers are required to take note of the following: -
