The speakers of iCPC 9 2019 come from IIUM academicians. The speakers were:

• Asst. Prof. Dr. Shamim Rahman bin S.M.A Abdul Rasheed from Kulliyyah of Medicine addressed Understanding and Managing  Deafness from Medical Perspectives.
• Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdurezak Abdullahi Hashi from Kulliyyah of Science addressed Understanding and Managing Deafness from Muslim.
