MEDICAL CHECKUP UNDERGRADUATE/POSTGRADUATE 

1. Please note well, Medical Checkup (MCU) is COMPULSORY for all new students and it must be done only at IIUM Clinics (ISC) {IIUM Sejahtera Clinic Gombak/ Gambang} Please note Pagoh campus facility is not in operation as yet. Medical checkup done at any other place than ISC will not be accepted.

3. Please check your email for appointment date given by ISC for the Medical Checkup (MCU).

4. Bring the completed Form along on the day of your appointment to ISC {Clear instructions are given on the introduction page (page 0 of the Medical Checkup Form)}.

5. Chest x-ray is not compulsory for Malaysian students unless instructed by the examining doctor. It can be done at our center (at an additional cost).
