On 23 January 2020, the CPS Team has visited the School of Graduate Studies of the University Putra Malaysia (UPM) to have a sharing session on the process and procedures of Viva-Voce. The team also take the opportunities to discuss and share some information on the system used for viva.

The delegation was led by the Dean of CPS, Prof. Ida Madieha Abdul Ghani Azmi  and was accompanied by 6 officers from CPS and ITD. The sharing on the process and procedures was delivered by Prof. Dr. Zalilah bt Mohd Shariff, the Deputy Dean cum Covering Dean of the Graduate School.

It was a fruitful sharing and we hope that the information gained throughout the sharing session will help in improving the service provided to the postgraduate students in IIUM.
