YOUTH AND MENTAL HEALTH: HEALTHY ME, HAPPY ME

According to World Health Organization (WHO), 75% of all mental health conditions begin by the mid-20s. Poor mental health can have important effects on the wider health and development of young adults and is associated with a few health and social outcomes.
