Gombak, 1 March 2021. The mental health wellbeing of AIKOL students is of utmost importance to the Kulliyyah. To assist the Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws (AIKOL) to understand the mental health issues of students, AIKOL convenes a round table discussion with the Counselling and Career Services Centre (CCSC). CCSC explains the prevalence of areas of problem, clinical and non-clinical, among students to provide a general idea of the health issues.
Both parties agree to conduct psycho-social support training for AIKOL so that academics could better detect and aid mental health issues of students. CCSC will also assist the Kulliyyah to design a ‘therapeutic corner’ and to conduct a student career profiling.
