PROGRAMME : CEO@KULLIYYAH OF PHARMACY PUBLIC TALK ON LEADERSHIP & GOOD GOVERNANCE:   AN INDUSTRIALIST'S PERSPECTIVE FOR EDUCATIONIST & STUDENTS

The Academic Unit, Kulliyyah of Pharmacy in collaboration with the Office of Industrial Links, IIUM  and Natural Wellness Sdn Bhd has successfully organised a Public Talk Webinar for IIUM staff and  students on the 2nd April 2021, from 10.00-11.30am. The talk entitled Leadership & Good  Governance: An Industrialist's Perspective for Educationist & Students was delivered by Madam  Shahnas Oli Mohamed, the Managing Director cum Board Member of Natural Wellness Group of  Companies. 

Mdm Shahnas, who is currently appointed as the CEO @ Kulliyyah of Pharmacy is a registered  pharmacist and has vast experience in the international healthcare scene and general  management, production, quality control, marketing, sales, regulatory affairs and other relevant  aspects primarily in the pharmaceutical industry.  

She has shared her knowledge, experience and some thoughts on the topic mainly related to the  role of university in moulding the students with relevant build-in criteria such as having good  knowledge and skills, exhibit personal value with adab and akhlaq as well as high level of  perseverance for them to survive and excel in their industrial-related career. 

There were a total of 185 students and staff attended the session with fruitful discussion at the end  of it. It is hoped that all participants have gained some positive insight and benefit from the  webinar.
