Dept. of Basic Medical Sciences, Kulliyyah of Medicine (KOM) has been successfully certified with OHSAS 18001:2007 & MS 1722:2011 since 2011. For the sustainability of the certification, the Department and Kulliyyah must fulfill the compulsory requirements in the implementation of OSH Management System based on two standard requirements, i.e. OHSAS 18001 and MS 1722 standard requirements. 

To ensure the continuation of OHSAS 18001:2007 & MS 1722:2011 certification by SIRIM QAS, all the documents and forms must be updated before Internal Audit and SIRIM Audit that will be scheduled in April 2019 and 19th June 2019.

During this two-days workshop, each BMS Dept. lab staffs and BMS OSH Working committee preparing the document according to the standard requirement.
