Mohammad A. Quayum is Professor of English at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), and Adjunct Professor in the School of Humanities at Flinders University, Australia. He was a Visiting Professor of English and Asian Studies at the State University of New York at Binghamton (Binghamton University) in 2003-2004. His previous affiliations include University Putra Malaysia (1996-2003), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (1993-96), University of Dhaka, Bangladesh (1992-93) and University of Chittagong, Bangladesh (1979-88).
