Dr. Maliah Sulaiman, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), holds a Ph.D from the University of Otago, New Zealand. She is currently a Professor of Accounting at the Department of Accounting, International Islamic University Malaysia. She has just been appointed as the Dean of the Kulliyyah of Economics and Management Sciences in January 2015. She started her career as an audit semi-senior at a public accountants firm in Malaysia and later joined the academia.
