COLLECTION AND RETURNING OF CONVOCATION ATTIRE

Process of collection

 i.         Before the collection date, graduands fill up the Online Tracer Study Survey (Both MoE and IIUM survey forms) and Robe Collection Form for size selection as per Item 1(c) above.

ii.         On the collection date, graduans submit the printed slips for the 2 Online Tracer Study Survey and Robe Collection Form to the Robe Counter.

iii.        Graduands will be given a queue number (ONLY if forms in Item (3.a.ii) above are submitted).

iv.        Graduands wait for their number to be called.

v.         Graduands collect the Robe, Invitation Card and Multimedia Card at Robe Counter.

RETURNING OF CONVOCATION ATTIRE

All graduands are required to return the convocation attire together with the "Slip-Returning of Convocation Attire" as follows :
