MALAY PLACEMENT TEST (MPT) for SEMESTER 2, 2020/2021

We are pleased to inform you that the Malay Placement Test (MPT) will be conducted for Semester 2, 2020/2021.

2. MPT is compulsory for all new intake international undergraduate students.

3. The detail for the test is scheduled as follows:

• Date: 2 March 2021 (Tuesday)
• Time: 9.00 a.m. - 4.30 p.m.
• Platform: Google Classroom

4. The test is taken to determine your proficiency level in Malay. Based on performance in the MPT, you will be placed in LMBD 1131 (Level 1), LMBD 1132 (Level 2) or will be exempted from the course. These courses are part of the Unicore courses of the university which are compulsory for all international undergraduate students of IIUM.

6. The registration deadline is 28th February (Sunday). Late registration will not be entertained.
