Profile
Dr. Nik Md Saiful Azizi Nik Abdullah a Malaysian citizen, earned his bachelor's degree from Islamic University Madinah in Saudi Arabia, his master's degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, and his doctorate from IIUM. He has spoken at numerous conferences hosted by various countries, including Malaysia, Thailand, Turkey, and Indonesia. He has also published papers in the fields of Islamic education and Tahfiz education.
Among his latest publications: “The art of quranic memorization: a meta-analysis (2023)”, “Design factors of potential assistive technology for memorizing al-quran learning experience among tahfiz students (2023)”, “Situational analysis among therapy practitioners in autism rehabilitation centres in Perlis: a preliminary study (2023)”.
He has been awarded as Top Researchers with the highest amount of grants received from 2019 -2021 by the Research Management Unit of International Islamic University Malaysia and Rector's Award for Special Contribution in 2016.
He is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Curriculum and Instuction, Kulliyyah of Education, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).
