Expert Profile


Nurita Juhdi graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) with BEcons (Hons.) and then she pursued her MBA at University Tun Abdul Razak (UNIRAZAK). She also earned her Ph.D from the same university. Upon getting her MBA from UNIRAZAK, she continued her service there and then joined IIUM in 2011. She has been teaching management subjects especially in HRM area. Occasionally, she also teaches economics related subjects.
Nurita Juhdi is active doing research in HRM related area and has been supervising postgraduate students. She has published papers in various indexed journals and presented her research findings in local and international conferences. Her research works were funded by research grants from the universities (both UNIRAZAK and IIUM) and the Ministry of Education Malaysia.
