LONG TERM RESEARCH GRANT (LRGS) 2014
MINISTRY OF EDUCATION
12th FEBRUARY 2014 – 12th MARCH 2014
The Ministry of Education (MOE) had announced that the Long Term Research Grant (LRGS) 2014 is now open to researchers of Institution of Higher Learning from 12th February 2014 – 12th March 2014.
In relation to the above, the interested researchers are kindly invited to apply for the LRGS through the MyGrants online system at http://mygrants.gov.my

TERM AND CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION
Duration of project : 3 – 5 years
Budget : RM3 mil / year (Maximum of RM15 mil)
Scope of research : Projects must be multi-disciplinary, involving the corpus of science and technology and social sciences &humanities
Collaboration : Project must involved a minimum of three (3) institutions
Criteria of applicant : 1. Permanent staff (Professor and Associate Professor)
2. Contract staff – must include Malaysian permanent staff as co-researcher
