ANNOUNCEMENT ON SUBMISSION OF LTIFs TEACHING CLAIM FORM FOR 

SEMESTER 2, 2022/2023 (GOMBAK CAMPUS ONLY)

Assalamualaikum wbt 

Dear respected LTIFs,

LTIFs TEACHING CLAIM SUBMISSION (TCS)

A. The list of documents are as follows: 

1.  Checklist-Honorarium Submission Claim    : Download here
2.  Skills , CCLM , CCFM                                       : Download here
3.  Usrah (Max RM 350 per sem)                        : Download here

B. Kindly submit the above duly completed forms-with original Signature and  related documents at CCC/STADD Counter, Level 2 MAR Building IIUM. 

• Submission of Teaching Claim must be done after Finalization of Result Entry (Kindly refer to checklist A.1)
• Please sign your signature on the duly completed form (not e-signature- Finance Division)
• 1 Section 1 Submission of Claim

C. For LTIFs at Kuantan and Pagoh kindly contact your respective PIC as follows:
