Ajinomoto CO. Innovation Alliance Program (AIAP) seeks to support innovative research.
Application is open from 1 – 30 Apr 2019
- Ajinomoto Co. funds innovative ideas and technologies providing potential seeds for our future business.
- Intellectual property rights remains with the applicants.
- Simple application process and fast decision enables quick research startup.
- Funding and research period: JPY2 million for 1 year research.
- Outstanding research will be promoted for further collaboration.
Target Fields
- Innovative ideas for diagnosis and digital technology to provide personalized nutrition services.
- Novel manufacturing and analytical technology (to improve and compensate Ajinomoto group's technology such as AJIPHASE® and Corynex®) for peptides, proteins, oligonucleotides and their derivatives.
- Innovative ideas for the process in which cell therapy products (CTPs) are prepared, stored and delivered to patients.
- Innovative ideas for next-generation food ingredients, food processing technology and preservation methods that contribute to food sustainability.
- Innovative ideas for food manufacturing and processing of alternative proteins for meat or milk.
