Dear YBhg. Datuk Seri/Dato’ Seri/Datuk/Dato’/Datin/Prof./Ir./Dr./Tuan/Puan,

We are pleased to inform you that the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation (MOSTI) has forwarded an invitation on behalf of the Asia Pacific Center for Theoretical Physics (APCTP); to invite participation in pursuing the highest quality research in all areas of theoretical physics and promotes cooperation among scientist from Asia-Pacific regions and beyond. 

3.         The APCTP is an international scientific organization and was formally launched on 13-14 November 1996 during the occasion of the 2^nd APEC Ministers Conference on Regional S&T in Seoul, Korea. 

With these goals, APCTP invites proposals for Topical Research Programs (TRP) from January 2022 to December 2022.

• APEC TRP is the network-based research project funded by the APCTP in the field of science, technology, and innovation, which covers the common interests of APEC economies such as natural disasters and related topics.   
• At least two research organizations from two different APEC economies/Centers could propose one joint project together.

4.        Proposals and feedbacks from APEC economies and APEC Centers are crucial for determining activities of APCTP, and the selected proposals will constitute its core activities. Details and required documents can be found in the attached and submitted proposals through an APCTP website from 1^st July until 30^th September 2021 (UTC +09.00).
