INVITATION TO A LECTURE AND DISCUSSION BY DR. MUHAMMAD AL-MUKHTAR SHINQITI, ASSOC. PROF. AT HAMAD BEN KHALIFA UNIVERSITY

We are pleased to inform that the Office of the Deputy Rector (Student Development & Community Engagement) will be organising a lecture and discussion entitled Revisiting Al Kawakibi's Thought: Between the Archetype of Tyranny and Good Governance by Dr. Muhammad Al-Mukhtar Al-Shinqiti, an Assoc. Prof. of Political Ethics at the Qatar Faculty, Hamad Ben Khalifa University. The details of the lecture are as follows :
