IMPORTANT NOTICE

MAHALLAH ONLINE ROOM REGISTRATION (MORR) FOR

SEMESTER 3, 2017/2018

Kindly be informed on the followings:

The Mahallah Online Room Registration (MORR) period is from 12.00 am on 16th May 2018 (Wednesday) until 12.00 midnight on 20th May 2018 (Sunday). The MORR exercise will be carried out according to level of study:

I. The MORR require students to DECLARE wether they choose to STAY ON or OFF-CAMPUS in the coming semester :

     a) Students who choose to stay off-campus are required to fill in the Registration Live Off-Campus (LOC) form which is available at Mahallah Office OR printed online from MORR.

    b) Students who choose to stay on-campus are required to choose room through MORR. 

    c) IMPORTANT : All students have to perform MORR for semester 1, 2018/2019.

II. Students who SUCCEED in performing MORR are required to collect the room key from    1st - 2nd July 2018. Failure to collect room key within the stipulated date, ROOM will be RELEASED to other students by 4th July 2018. 

III. Students who are NOT ELIGIBLE for MORR :

     a. Students who exceed 4 years study period at kulliyyah 

     b. Students who exceed 5 years stay at mahallah ( MATRIC NO 123XXXX and below) 

     c. Double Degree 

IV. Students who fall under the above categories and still have academic requirements to fulfill, may walk-in for registration on 4th July 2018  (Wednesday) onwards subject to room availability and first come basis ( Application during semester 3, 2018/2019 only).For semester 1, 2018/2019, students have to live -off campus (LOC).

V. Students who FAILED to perform MORR may walk-in for registration on 4th July 2018 (WEDNESDAY) onwards subject to room availability and first come basis. You are required to perform MORR for semester 1, 2018/2019. 

VI. Students who are Expected to Graduate (EGR), may apply for ROOM RENTAL on 4th July 2018 (WEDNESDAY) onwards at RSD office subject to room availabilty and first come basis .
