Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh to all expected graduate ALLHS students,

 Referring to the above matters:

 Please be informed that Kulliyyah of Allied Health Sciences will use other mechanisms as an alternative ways to conduct briefing and interview session to avoid mass gathering events or assembly during briefing sessions and interviews as recommended by Malaysian Government on COVID 19 issue.

PROGRAMME TENTATIVE:

1)  Briefing Session

• Period for briefing session is on 04th June 2020 (Thursday) - 05th June 2020 (Friday)
• The briefing session will be conducted through Youtube Channel by virtual video presentation through link:  https://forms.gle/EvThjNpS7nX3g3HD6
• Any inquiry or questions from students can be done through Youtube and email during this period.

2)  Deadline To Submit The Interview and Online Majoring Form (COMPULSORY)

• 8th June 2020 at 5.00 p.m., through link : https://forms.gle/EvThjNpS7nX3g3HD6

3)  Phone called interview session

• Period for interview session is on 11th June (Thursday) and 12th June (Friday) 2020 from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 pm. Each department at KAHS will conduct the interview session through a phone call.
• Every student need to be ready and well prepared to be contacted by the interviewers during this period.
• Please provide a correct and latest phone number on the form given. This is important for the panel to reach the students during the period.
