Gombak, 25 July 2021. In this trying time of increasing number of related COVID-19 infection and fatalities, AIKOL Alumni Wing (AAW) organises programmes to provide spiritual and moral support among alumni of Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws (AIKOL) consistent with the mission of AIKOL in nurturing balanced graduates.

The fourth Yasin Recitation programme organised by the AAW Welfare Initiative Committee was chaired by Sis Raja Norhajjah Raja Ahmad Shaari Ramozan and lead by Bro Salehuddin Md Dahlan. About 100 alumni participated in the programme through online platforms.

In the programme, the participants bring to mind friends and lecturers who are battling with COVID-19 and those who have left this world.  The programme was not only attended by alumni but also by the family members. 

The Chairman of the AAW, Bro Lukman Sheriff Alias, expresses his hope that such a programme would bring some comfort to the alumni and family members who are directly or indirectly affected by the pandemic.  Prof Farid Sufian Shuaib, the Dean of AIKOL expresses his gladness that AIKOL alumni continue to join together in righteous deeds and in patience.
