Please be informed that the Office of Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Mosque will be organizing Ibadah Qurban Programme 1435H/ 2014 on 05th October 2014 (Sunday).
REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!!!
The details of the programmes are as follows: ~
A) Registration for Ibadah Qurban:

Note:
1. Payment through cheques should be directed to Bendahari UIAM.
2. For cash payment :-
a) Kindly bank in to Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad (BMMB), Account No. : 14070000004716, UIAM Operating Account. Copy of the bank in slip should be submitted to SHAS Mosque Office. OR
b) Hand in your payment directly to the SHAS Mosque Office. Kindly ensure that you retain the receipt of payment.
