Laman Maharani, Muar, 12 DECEMBER 2021 – IIUM Pagoh Campus has participated in YDP’s Walk in conjunction with the Johor Youth Festival (OMJFest) 2021 .

IIUM KLM Pagoh led by Dr. Al Amirul Eimer Bin Ramdzan Ali, Deputy Dean of Student Development and Community Engagement, alongside with 8 staff and a total of 15 KLM students have participated in this program. The plogging activity started with YDP's Walk from Laman Maharani to Tanjung Ketapang. Next, the students have also participated in the activity of planting mangrove trees in Tanjung Ketapang in conjunction with Penanaman 100 Juta Pokok Peringkat Negeri Johor in collaboration with the Forestry Department.

Also present at the programme was Tuan Haji Mustaffa Kamal Bin Dato' Haji Shamsudin, Muar District Officer who also officiated the ceremony. These programmes have shown that IIUM Pagoh is always committed in fostering the spirit of awareness and responsibility among the participants in building a better enviroment.
