Self-injury (which occurs when someone cuts or burns or otherwise harms themselves) is one of the harder behaviours associated with mental illness for people to fathom.

In conjunction with the Self Injury Awareness Day, the Community and Residential Unit of CCSC IIUM Gombak and MRC Mahallah Maryam 2020/2021 are organizing a sharing session on the topic of "Heal Your Invisible Wound" for us to understand better the motives behind self-injury.
