Sports Development Centre (SDC) in collaboration with Jump Rope Malaysia (JRM) will be organising the SDC Health Awareness Programme 2021 (SHAPE 2021) - Jump Rope Workshop conducted in three (3) sessions details as follows:
Session 1: Jump Rope Introduction 8th November 2021/Monday
Session 2: Basic Steps Learning 11th November 2021/Thursday
Session 3: Jump Rope Workout Together 15th November 2021/Monday
5.30 pm - 7.00 pm | Lobby Lake View, Female Sports Complex
Limit to 25 person only (first come first serve)
