The International Symposium on Preventing / Countering Violent Extremism in Malaysia and Southeast Asia (ICVE) 2021, in collaboration with Embassy of the United States of America Kuala Lumpur (US Embassy KL), Institute of Islamic Thought and Civilization (ISTAC), National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START), Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS), is a multidisciplinary symposium that aims to bring together scholars, researchers and practitioners from around the world to promote collaboration, present research findings and policy recommendations on P/CVE.
