The Office of the Legal Adviser hosted a talk on integrity and rights of the employee held in Sultan Ahmad Shah Medical Centre on 11th August 2020. The relationship between an employer and employees should be well balanced as to create profound integrity based ethics within an organization. As for the rights of the employees, their well-being should also be important to a functioning and healthy workplace which includes workplace safety and freedom from discrimination.
