Bukhari Shafie is a Learning & Development Specialist and Language Instructor with over 7 years of experience in tertiary education. Holding a HRDF Train-the-Trainer certification and currently pursuing his postgraduate education in TESL at the National University of Malaysia, Bukhari has demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovation in his field. His key achievements include appointments as Course Coordinator for Pre-sessional English at the International Islamic University Malaysia, where he manages in-house training and curriculum development. Bukhari has also been appointed as Test Setter for the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) Achievement Test and has participated in the development of CEFR-aligned curriculum for CELPAD IIUM. Bukhari's contributions to the field of education are further evidenced by his publications, including "From Clues to Conclusion: Using 'A Bloody Reunion' to Enhance Inferring Skills among University EFL Learners" (2024) and "Utilising Flipped Classrooms to Enhance the Reading of Short Stories in English as a Second Language (ESL) Context: A Literature Review" (2023).
