On 20th July 2019,Computational Intelligence Research Group (CIRG) representing Kulliyyah of Information and Communication Technology (KICT) and IIUM co-organised the 2019 Malaysian Junior Science Olympiad. We co-organised with Ardent Education Sdn. Bhd. with the approval and support of the Ministry of Education.

Top 1% of Science Kancil scorers (100 students) from all over Malaysia, contested for 6 places to represent Malaysia in the World Junior Science Olympiad in Doha this December. This is one of KICT’s community service - supporting STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) acculturation among our young generations.
