IIUM established the IIUM Alumni Mustangs Wing on 16 December 2020 as a medium of communication between alumni and alma mater. 

We would like to encourage the sharing of memory, experience and alumni spirit by former IIUM student athletes who have represented IIUM in inter-varsity sports tournaments nationally and internationally.
