The Kulliyyah of Languages and Management (KLM), IIUM hosted an online Workshop on Action Research delivered by Assoc. Prof.  Dr. Faizah Idrus. The speaker engaged researchers from within and outside IIUM. The purpose of the workshop is so that researchers can understand the process of action research, design research for implementation, and develop research culture among researchers. During the workshop, the researchers were assisted to develop effective action research which started with identification of research problems, stating research questions, listing the significance of the research and the expected outcome of the action research. At the end of the workshop, researchers were able to understand, plan and draft the stages of action research towards their teaching improvement, as well as encouraging research culture incorporating the elements of Vision, Mission, Maqasid Syariah, SGD and many other others.
