a.               The applicant is only allowed to be the Project Leader for a project only. Each applicant is allowed to submit only one application at each phase.

b. New applications for those who have already been approved FRGS in the earlier phase will be considered upon a project completion rate of 75% in the MyGRANTS system monitoring module and certified by the RMC.

a. The PRGS scheme is open to all researchers who has fulfilled the requirements of PRGS applications and has completed previous projects with full findings / research which require Prototype Development

b. The applicant is only allowed to be the Principal Investigator for one project and only one research project application will be approved at each phase.

c. New applications for those who have already acquired a PRGS research project in the earlier phase will be considered upon a project completion rate of 75% in the MyGRANTS system monitoring module and certified by the RMC.

a. The applicant is only allowed to be the Project Leader for a project only. Each applicant is allowed to submit only one application at each phase.

b. New applications (as Program Leaders and Project Leaders) for those who have been approved by TRGS (as Program Leader and Project Leader) in the earlier phase will be considered with proof of the projects has been fully completed (100%) in the MyGRANTS system monitoring module and verified by the RMC and have completed the Final Report to the appointed committee.

a. Each applicant is allowed to submit only one program application at each phase. New applications (as Program Leaders and Project Leaders) for those who have been approved by LRGS (as Program Leaders and Project Leaders) in the earlier phase will be considered with the proof that the projects have been fully completed (100%) and verified by RMC and have been completed the Final Report to the appointed committee.

a. Principal Investigator / Head Program The Principal Investigator must fill up and complete the progress report of projects that have been approved at the earlier phase in the MyGRANTS System monitoring module (except RAGS 2012-2013, RACE, LRGS, NRGS);

b. Researchers are allowed to apply for different grant schemes. However, the researcher is only allowed to submit one (1) application only as the Principal Investigator/ Program Leader for each grant scheme to be applied for the year 2018; and

c. The researcher has updated (Personal Information, Projects, Publications, IPs, Supervision, Teaching, Consultation and Community Service) in the profile of the researcher and the profile has been confirmed by the RMC in MyGRANTS. MOHE reserves the right to reject applications if the information is not updated or incomplete.
