MAHALLAH ONLINE ROOM REGISTRATION (MORR) FOR

SEMESTER 1, 2018/2019

APPLICABLE TO ALL IIUM UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

Kindly be informed on the followings:

The Mahallah Online Room Registration (MORR) period is from 12.00 am on 30th July 2018 (Monday) until 12.00 midnight on 10th August 2018 (Friday). The MORR exercise will be carried out according to level of study:

1. For those who take sem 3, 2017/2018 and wish to continue staying in the same room, you are required to confirm  your current rooms.

2. Students who choose to stay off-campus are required to fill in the Registration Live Off-Campus (LOC) form which is available at mahallah office OR printed online from MORR.

3. Students who choose to stay on-campus are required to choose room through MORR.

2. Students who SUCCEED in performing MORR are required to collect the room key from 2nd - 3rd September 2018. Failure to collect room key within the stipulated date, ROOM will be REVOKED by Mahallah Office on 4th September  (Tuesday) 2018.

3. Students who are NOT ELIGIBLE for MORR:

1. Students who exceed 4 years study period at kulliyyah

2. Students who exceed 5 years stay at mahallah (MATRIC NO.131XXXX and below)

3. Double Degree

4. WALK-IN registration will only be entertained on 5th September (Wednesday) 2018 subject to room availability and first come basis.

5. Students who FAILED to perform Online / Manual MORR without valid reason will be compounded.
