POOR INTERNET CONNECTION AND TELEPHONE SERVICES AT IIUM

Dear YBhg. Dato'/ Prof / Assoc. Prof. / Dr. / Sir/ Madam,

IIUM service team would like to apologize for the recent poor Internet connection and telephone services. The reason for this is due to the problems faced by the Internet Service Provider (ISP).

The details of the investigation and reports have been fully presented to the Internet Service Provider team prior to the incident. Today they have acknowledged the report and has instructed their technical team to resolve the problem as soon as possible. 

Our team is assisting the ISP's technical team to resolve this issue.
