Dear Prof/Dr/Sir/Madam,

We are pleased to inform you that the Office of Deputy Rector (Student Affairs) will be organizing Student Activity Awards 2017 which will be held on 1st November 2017, 8.00 p.m. at Banquet Hall, Rectory Building.

In relation to that, we are inviting nominations from your student leaders/societies for the above awards. The award categories and nomination forms are as per attachments.
