ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audit 2021 (Remote Audit)

Even in this current Movement Control Order (MCO), the Quality Management System (QMS) through ISO 9001 is still being implemented in IIUM. Despite the sudden interruption of services, particularly in Teaching and Learning, the KCDIOs are expected to continue with the best practices while adapting to the current situation.

The guidelines:

• KCDIOMs are expected to continue working on the existing SOPs, taking note of any changes
• Records must be maintained, especially if it involves special circumstances
• For this year, the focus will also be on the implementation of Remote Teaching and Learning (RTL) by the Centre of Studies (CoS)
• KCDIOMs should have access and must be aware of any new policies, guidelines, and SOPs issued by the university
• All CoS will be audited this year, while the other offices will involve selected sites only.
• All clauses will be covered for the whole audit exercise

The ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audit 2021 has been scheduled from 13^th - 24^th September 2021.
