A well-designed and rigorously implimented strategic management process is critical to achieve organizational goals. Succession management helps to provide continuity in the leadership pipeline and to develop a deeper capacity for leadership and performance. Thus, in order to continue the culture of leadership among students, Kulliyyah of Education Postgraduate Students Association (KEPSA) would like to propose a management course and leadership for the new committees of KEPSA 2015-2016.
