IIUM World Debate and Oratory Centre (IWON) has initiated the programme and organised it with collaboration from Kulliyyah of Economic and Management Sciences (KENMS). The training was conducted by Dr. Ricca Rahman Binti Nasaruddin and Dr. Riasat Amin Imon and has been participated by 70 students from various Kulliyyahs including some students from Kuantan campus.
