Pusat Kutipan Zakat Pahang (PKZ) organised a Zakat Seminar on the 21^st December 2019 at Al-Khawarizmi Hall, CFS Gambang.

The purpose of organising this seminar is to expose students to the basic of what zakat is in Islam and how to calculate it. PKZ Pahang purposely aims student at public university especially those who took relevant subject to zakat such as economy, accounting and Islamic studies.

The seminar that was open to all students and staff began in the morning and ended around 5pm consisting of two different sessions. The first sessions focused on theory of zakat and the second one focused on how the calculation in the practice is done.
