Google will stop Google Chrome on Windows XP after April 2015
Its an old story for windows XP that Microsoft has been slashed a support on windows XP about a year ago.
This does not mean that you can't use the OS but, this means the company dont provide any security update, bug fixes to windowsXP users. this means the user is expose more vulnerable to security threats.
its same concept to this Google Chrome browsers for windows XP. as Mark Larson Director of Engineering od Google Chrome writes
That said, we know that not everyone can easily switch to a newer operating system. Millions of people are still working on XP computers every day. We want those people to have the option to use a browser that’s up-to-date and as safe as possible on an unsupported operating system. We previously announced that we’d keep supporting Chrome on Windows XP through ‘at least’ April 2015. It’s April 2015 now, and we’re extending that commitment. We will continue to provide regular updates and security patches to Chrome on XP through the end of 2015.
so anyone is still using windows XP please find an alternatives to switch on your Operating Systems.
