Professor Dr Puteri Nemie Jahn Kassim is a Professor at the Civil Law Department, Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws, IIUM. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Southampton, England and her Mastera??s and Ph.D in Law from the IIUM. She completed an Academic Fellowship at the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2006. Since obtaining her Ph.D in the area on Medical Negligence, she has written extensively in local and international journals in the areas relating to Medical and Healthcare Law and Ethics.
