Staff Detail


After completing his Ph.D, Irwandi joined the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) as an academic staff in 2001. Since then, Irwandi has held various administrative posts, from Programme Coordinator, Deputy Dean (Students Affairs), and Deputy Dean (Research Initiatives) at Research Management Centre. In 2011, he received his Professorship and currently is the Director, International Institute for Halal Research and Training (INHART) of IIUM.
